About
Hi, I’m linden Rayton.
I’m a professional naturalist with fifteen years of experience bringing people of all ages outdoors. My education is grounded by a thorough training in the scientific method and biological sciences from the University of New Hampshire in Durham. My passion is informed by my Christian faith. The wonder I experience every time I connect with the natural world is a cornerstone of my inner renewal and faithfulness. I’m an Episcopal Christian, a scientist, and a teacher, and I strive to use all these skills and identities in doing my part to make the world a kinder and more thoughtful place.
I have created, led and coordinated educational programming at a variety of New England organizations, including New Hampshire Audubon, Concord School District Project SEE, St. Paul’s School Advanced Studies Program, Nature’s Classroom, and The Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests. I am an alumni of The Episcopal Service Corps Life Together program. I have helped lead seven years of Episcopal summer Family Camps in California, New York and New Hampshire.
My programs and policies (as well as my faith and my vote) are LGBTQ+-affirming.
I live in Hopkinton, NH, with my husband and three small children. Any errors you find here are entirely their fault.
